PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ascending and descending table, the top board of which can be raised and lowered by selecting an operation position for other place even if its operation at one place is difficult due to a difference in the dominant arm or an obstacle or the like attributed to a layout. SOLUTION: Raising and lowering mechanisms capable of regulating the height of a top board in synchronization are incorporated in the right and left legs 2 supporting the top board 1 and operating sections 4 to drive the raising and lowering mechanisms are provided on the top face and the front ends of the right and left sides of the top board.
