PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding tool for a fishing line tackle for handlining fishing to catch a fish only by the feeling on the finger without using a fishing rod by holding the winding tool by a hand. SOLUTION: The body of the winding tool 3 is provided with a part having a mesh frame 1 to be used as a line-winding body over the whole surface and reinforcing ribs 2a, 2b placed at both sides of the frame. The body is made of a polymer material, or the like, having a slight elasticity. The mesh frame 1 formed on the whole face of the line-winding body and for holding hooks from a branch hook 5a to a branch hook 5b can be easily selected and housed by anybody taking advantage of the stretchability of the fishing line 4a and the bending of the winding tool 3. Furthermore, the hook 5a, and the like, can be easily and rationally taken out in the case of using the fishing line 4a. The line-winding body is integrated with a holder 7 having a grip and used as a line tackle winding tool for a fisherman.
