PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea leaf pulverizer capable of supplying tea leaves to a mortar without support. SOLUTION: This tea leaf pulverizer 10 provided with the mortar 44 composed of an upper mortar 40 and a lower mortar 34 for which the feeding port 40a of the tea leaves is formed on an upper surface and a hopper 14 arranged at the upper part of the mortar 44 for which an inner bottom surface is formed in a funnel shape and a circular supply hole 14b for supplying housed tea leaves into the feeding port 40a is opened at the lower part of the inner bottom surface, has a rib 38 formed on the inner bottom surface of the hopper 14 and radially extended from the supply hole 14b, a columnar body 36 arranged inside the supply hole 14b of the mortar 44 coaxially to the axis L of the supply hole 14b and freely rotatably around the axis L, a second blade 36b projectingly fitted on the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body 36 and a drive part composed of an electric motor 20 and a reduction gear mechanism 22 for rotationally driving the columnar body 36.
