PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalytic hydrophilic film of which the coating surface is not damaged and abraded and the workability is enhanced. SOLUTION: In a photocatalytic hydrophilic film having a layer containing photocatalyst particles and the protective layer formed on this layer, hydrophilicity corresponding to photoexitation is not obstructed even after the protective layer is removed.
