PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable and wearable absorbent article with less leakage of humor at the central region below the crotch. SOLUTION: A plurality of leg elastic members 12 are arranged on recessed cutout parts around the legs formed on side flaps 6 in a disposable humor absorbent wearable article such as a disposable diaper. The leg elastic members 12 are gathered into a bundle in the first stretchable and contractable region S of the region 10 below the crotch and are mutually separated in parallel in the second and the third stretchable and contractable regions F and B and extensive stress in the first stretchable and contractable region S is set in such a way that it is not stronger than the extensive stress in the second and the third stretchable and contractable regions F and B.
