PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine and a method for issuing ticket, with which operation for distributing plural kinds of tickets among as many as persons is completed in one try. SOLUTION: This machine is provided with an adult number storage area 13a, a child number storage area 13b for storing the number of persons inputted from a customer operating part 2 by the operation of a customer, a ticket kind storage area 13c for storing the kinds of tickets, and a ticket issuing processing part 12b for issuing various kinds of tickets one by one on the basis of the kinds of tickets stored in the ticket kind storage area 13c and repeatedly issuing tickets to as many as persons by returning to the first kind of ticket when the number of persons stored in the adult number storage area 13a and the child number storage area 13b is more than two after the final kind of ticket is issued.
