PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of efficiency in processing such as dispensing processing by lightening the burden on processing such as supervisory of a request through communication. SOLUTION: Concerning the automatic stamp dispenser, with which plural stamp sheet cut units 42 and 43 for cutting stamp sheets and dispensing stamps and a control unit 41 for controlling these stamp sheet cut units are connected by a dizzy chain system, when dispensing processing of stamps is finished, each of stamp sheet cut units sends a communication control signal to the control unit and when communication request signals R1 and R2 are received from the respective stamp sheet cut units, the control unit interrupts a main CPU 47 through an interrupt control circuit 40. Thus, the main CPU executes interrupt processing of the stamp sheet cut unit, from which the relevant signal is received, for confirming the end of dispensing processing.
