PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and lightweight portable potential medical treatment device by which a potential medical treatment under a standing posture, or a potential medical treatment under a walking posture can be performed. SOLUTION: This portable potential medical treatment device 1 is equipped with a portable potential generator 2, an electric base 3, and antenna member 4. In this case, the portable potential generator 2 generates a high voltage pulse having a negative potential of -500 V, 5.4 kHz, based on a DC voltage of 6 V supplied from four size AAA batteries. The electric base 3 has a shape which can be fitted on a specified medical treatment region, and is connected to the negative potential electrode of the portable potential generator 2. Then, one end of the antenna member 4 is connected to the zero potential electrode of the portable potential generator 2. Then, the electric base 3 is fitted on the specified medical treatment region, and at the same time, the other end of the antenna member 4 is brought into contact with a specified region such as hand, being different from the specified medical treatment region. Under this state, the high voltage high frequency pulse having a negative potential is output to the electric base 3 from the portable potential generator 2, and thus, the potential medical treatment is performed.
