PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet of recording superior in shielding capability, having high whiteness proper for measuring apparata for tachograph or medical treatment, capable of printing by crushing hollow polymer particles with a sharp needle. SOLUTION: In a sheet for recording having a base sheet colored at least on the surface and a shield layer provided on it, a shielding layer includes (A) hollow polymer particles having a porosity of 40 to 80% and (B) a binder of 20 to 50 part by weight fraction as a solid.
