PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To abolish a worked part such as a duct arranged in a garret, an opening formed at a ceiling and to increase the degrees of freedoms for selecting a position for generating down flow by distributing air-conditioned air which is supplied from an air conditioner along a ceiling surface and allowing the air flowing along the ceiling to flow down at an arbitrary position of the ceiling. SOLUTION: An air outlet 16 for air-conditioned air is provided near the end of a ceiling 14. The conditioned air is diffused from the outlet in a direction along the ceiling to generated an air conditioned air flow S along the ceiling. Meanwhile, a down flow generating member 28, protruding down from the ceiling, is provided at the suitable position of the ceiling. Thus, the conditioned air having collided with the generating member is guided down to generate a down flow D.
