PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor having a terminal function for realizing high using efficiency by suppressing a situation that an exclusive occupancy state is abnormally prolonged, and that an available resource is turned to be unavailable. SOLUTION: When a main device is turned into an exclusive occupancy state, a control part 2 rejects log-in from a host device, and in the other case, the control part 2 assigns a communicating part 3, and permits connection. When the log-in is a new occupancy request in this procedure, the setting of occupancy is operated, and the timer of an exclusive control part 5 and a counter for counting the number of connection requests from the other host device at the time of occupancy are initialized, and measurement is started. Then, the occupancy state is released after the lapse of a prescribed time in a state that any processing request related with the connection request is not issued, or after the prescribed number of connection requests is counted. Thus, the function uselessly occupied without being logged-out due to the abnormality of the host device or the like can be used by the other host device.
