PURPOSE: Provided is a drug delivery apparatus of unstable drugs and pharmaceutical formulations suitable therefor, thereby effectively delivering unstable drugs to eyes, a nose and ears. CONSTITUTION: The drug delivery apparatus of unstable drugs consists of a upper container(14) receiving a first component including unstable anti-infectives; a lower container(12) receiving a second component including liquid carrier for the first component; pipe typed sleeve(16) located to move in the upper container; and a cap(18) connected to the upper container to be rotated. When, the cap is fixed to the upper container with a screw, the pipe typed sleeve removes the bottom of the upper container to mix the first and the second components.
