PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a movement for clock by securing the strength and characteristics of a driving motor. SOLUTION: This movement for clock is provided with the driving motor having rotor housing spaces 311i and 311f in a stator 11, and a bearing 336 for a fifth wheel and pinion which journals the fifth wheel and pinion interlocked with the rotor. A notch 311d for relieving the bearing 336 is provided on the side face of the outer periphery of the stator 311 adjacently to the spaces 311i and 311f, and the bearing 336 is faced to the notch 311d.
