PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an igniter device which is excellent in ignition stability and heat resistance. SOLUTION: The igniter device 21 is equipped with a horn 22 where fuel is sprayed from the side of one end 22a on the side of the other end 22b and the other end 22b opens inward of a furnace 23, a burner 24 which sprays liquid fuel into the horn from a jet orifice at a burner tip 24a, and an ignition electrode 25a which ignites sprayed oil. The jet orifice at the burner tip 24a and the ignition electrode 25a are arranged in the vicinity on the side of the one end 22a within the horn 22. The ignition electrode 25a is provided on the side of the other end 22b of the horn 22 rather than the burner tip 24a.
