PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail device for a construction machine preventing the breakage of fixing bolts caused by the vibration of a handrail body. SOLUTION: In this handrail device for the construction machine, the fixing bolts 50 are screwed into the thread holes 40 of a seat screw 36 to fix a connection end 42 while a spacer 46 is arranged between the connection end 42 of the handrail body 30 and the heads of the fixing bolts 50.
