PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement assembling auxiliary tool impairing no performance of a reinforced concrete structure, easily securing the cover thickness to a proper reinforcement at a job site and superior in workability. SOLUTION: In this reinforcement assembling auxiliary tool 1 with a ruler plate used for assembling reinforcements of reinforced concrete columns, the auxiliary tool has a position ruler plate 3 of a plane square shape and two hoop reinforcement attaching parts 2b and 2b extending vertically upward to an upper surface of the position ruler plate 3, one corner vicinity of hoop reinforcements is fixed to the two hoop reinforcement attaching parts 2b and 2b, a concrete form is allowed to abut to a specific side part of the position ruler plate 3, and concrete is placed, and the hoop reinforcement attaching parts 2b and 2b are arranged on the position ruler plate 3 so that a distance between the hoop reinforcements and a side surface of the concrete columns becomes the necessary minimum cover thickness.
