PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method/device for informing an image, which are capable of allowing to recognize the image as a natural image in a human visual field by generating the electric signal of a natural perturbation component without using an analog circuit or a CPU and forming the image by using the perturbation. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a random counter 11 having fractal structure in an integrated circuit and that artificially makes a 1/f perturbation signal possible in accordance with an input signal to generate a random numerical value repeatedly, a fractal conversion part 13, a storage part 14 for storing output from the fractal conversion part without synchronizing with the random counter, and an arithmetic part 12 for calculating data fed back from the storage and output data from the random counter. The data fed back from the storage, the output data from the random counter and the input signal are calculated, this arithmetic result is fractal-converted by a fractal conversion part and taken out as an output signal, and the 1/f perturbation signal corresponding to the input signal is taken out artificially to the output signal.
