PURPOSE: Provided is inhibitor of a side effect of cisplatin containing Grifola frondosa extracts which inhibit side effects and toxicity of anticancer agent-based chemotherapy. CONSTITUTION: The Grifola frondosa extracts inhibit side effects of cisplatin which is widely used chemotherapy drug in clinical field and causes side effects, such as platelet decrease, IL-2 expression decrease, BUN increase and thee like. The extract inhibits toxicity in kidney and digestive organs to improve treatment efficiency of a cancer patient under chemotherapy.
