PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid carcinoma-curing formulation capable of effectively killing carcinoma cells without adverse effects. SOLUTION: This solid carcinoma (e.g. a uterine cervix cancer, a prostatic cancer, a mammary cancer)-curing formulation contains arsenious acid (As2O3) and an ASK1-SEK1-JNK cascade-activating material. Especially, an ASK1- activating material is the material capable of dissociating thioredoxin from ASK1 and L-buthionine sulfoximine (LBSO) is preferable. Here, ASK1 is the abbreviation of apotosis signal-regulating kinase 1, SEK1 is that of SAPK(stress- activated protein kinase)/ERK(extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase) and JNK is that of c-Jun NH2-terminal kinase.
