SYNTHETIC RESIN PALLET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a weld by allowing a resin to flow better during injection molding. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin pallet, constituted by connecting upper and lower deck boards through a column part, is characterized as follows: a gate part is installed approximately in the central part of the upper deck board; a resin flow passage having an approximately U-shaped cross section is formed from the gate part toward the ends of four corners; the resin flow passage is provided with approximately parallel diagonal ribs from the approximately central part of the under surface of a top board toward the four corners; and the top board between the diagonal ribs is more thickly formed than the top boards of other sections. The diagonal rib is taken as almost equal in height to a reinforcing rib facing onto a fork inserting hole within the fork inserting hole and formed at a height almost equal to that of the reinforcing rib within the column part. The thickness of the top board between the diagonal ribs is preferably taken as 150-200% relative to those of the top boards of the other sections.
