PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle bag mounting stay structure for a motorcycle allowing providing of a heel guard function without complicating the structure by utilizing a saddle bag mounting stay. SOLUTION: This structure is constituted of a frame body formed by combining frame materials 16a, 16b and 16c. The frame material 16b fixed to a vehicle body frame 25 near a foot rest 14 for a tandem rider is disposed to be located inside the heel parts of the feet of the tandem rider placed on the foot rest 14.
