PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide central cleaning equipment in which a vacuum cleaner with a built-in motor fan is connected to an insertion opening provided on a floor, a wall or others, via a pipe, which can be more widely used due to the nozzle made compatible with general cleaners for home use, and improves safety in arc-resistant tracking performance and others. SOLUTION: In this equipment, a vacuum cleaner body 23 with a built-in motor fan 2 is connected to one of the insertion openings 24 provided on floors, walls, and so on, via a pipe, and a hose 6 has, on one end, a pipe connecting section 27 to connect the hose to the insertion opening 24 and, on the other end, a hand controller 28, with which an extension pipe 9 and a nozzle 10 is connected furthermore. Thus, the connecting section 27, the hose 6, the hand controller 28, the extension pipe 9, and the nozzle, etc., comprise a hose unit 29. To this hose unit 29, electric power is supplied from a commercial power source 25 through the insertion opening 24, in which a breaking means 31 to interrupt the currency supply is provided.
