PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dividing rod structure for a combine harvester so constructed that the changing of a dividing rod equipped on the combine harvester between a housing posture and an overhanging posture can be made at a steering seat, and so designed as to avoid the damage of a dividing rod posture changeover equipment. SOLUTION: This dividing rod structure for a combine harvester has such a construction that a dividing rod 10 is supported on a support in a swingingly switchable manner about the axis P1 along the longitudinal direction of the machine body between a posture of overhanging laterally outward of the machine body and a housing posture and the posture of the dividing rod 10 is automatically changeable by driving both a rack gear 12 and a pinion gear 14 with an electric motor 15; the electric motor 15 and the pinion gear 14 are swingably supported in the direction of running apart, from the rack gear 12, and a spring 23 is provided to impel both the gears 12 and 14 in the direction of engaging them with each other.
