PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building enabling easy change of room arrangement even after construction having a room arrangement free space with no bearing wall. SOLUTION: In this building, a pair of bearing wall row groups 60 and 61 are arranged in positions near both outsides of the south and north, and the mutual these two sets of bearing wall row groups 60 and 61 are formed as an indoor area as houses 30. Thus, this building can secure strength higher than that regulated in the Building Standards Act even if the bearing walls parallel to the bearing wall row groups 60 and 61 are not arranged. Since the inside of the respective houses 30 partitioned by division walls 19 and gable side outer walls 18 is formed as the room arrangement free space having no bearing wall at all, for example, even if the room arrangement is not decided in the initial stage of the building design, design of a building frame part can be proceeded to enhance a degree of freedom of design.
