PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical X-ray apparatus which can prevent fluctuations in a rotational stereoscopic fluoroscopy caused by oscillations of an isocenter in rotating a C-arm around a subject and can improve spatial resolution of cone beam CT images. SOLUTION: A C-arm supports a means for X-ray irradiation to irradiate a subject lying down on a table and a means for receiving image to converts X-ray which has passed through the subject into electric signals. The C-arm is equipped with a rotating means which makes at least sliding rotations or axis rotations and is held by a base onto a ceiling or a floor. The base is equipped with a moving means which moves the C-arm in parallel with the ceiling or the floor. The base is equipped with a means for making data for compensating oscillations which makes data to correct oscillations of the center of rotations caused by the sliding rotations or axis rotations by the C-arm, and a controlling means which controls the moving means based on the data for compensating oscillations made by the means for making data for compensating oscillations.
