QUALITY AUTOMATIC MEASURING SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A quality automatic measuring system and a method thereof are provided to transmit the quality data measured by a remote measuring device installed at a car and a bus etc. to a server through SMS(Short Message Service) message, collect and analyze the data and then offer the necessary information to a manger at real time. CONSTITUTION: According to the control command of a measurement data server(80), a plurality of remote measurement devices(10) receive state information periodically from a GPS(Global Positioning System) and then synchronize the time. Also the device(10) collects quality information through an MS(mobile station) installed to moving bodies(a bus or a freight car etc.) and then transmits the information together with state information at real time as SMS(Short Message Service) type through the existing wireless communication network. The measurement data server(80) analyzes the present status or the cause of fault in quality through the data periodically transmitted from the device(10). The server(80) extracts and provides the data desired by a manager from a database(90).
