摘要

PURPOSE: A dishwasher is provided to increase a circulating efficiency of a washing water and reduce a contamination degree of the washing water by removing and dispersing a foreign material adhered at the first filter of a filter assembly during a water discharging process. CONSTITUTION: A dishwasher comprises a filter washing device. The filter washing device injects a washing water pressured by a water supplying pump in a water discharging operation, and removes a foreign material adhered at an inside of the first filter(52). The filter washing device is composed of a foreign material washing nozzle(70), an auxiliary discharging pipe connecting the foreign material washing nozzle to an upper vane side of a water supplying pump(40), and a blocking film mounted at an intake port of the auxiliary discharging pipe. The foreign material washing nozzle(70) is placed to direct from an outward direction of the first filter(52) to inward direction.
