PURPOSE: A variable type leaf spring of a spring constant of a vehicle is provided to improve riding comfort of a passenger as controlling a spring constant according to loadage of a vehicle and state of a road face, and to improve traveling stability. CONSTITUTION: A variable type leaf spring of a spring constant of a vehicle consists of a supporter(400) having a coupling apparatus(410) and supporting both parts of a helper spring in upper side; a guide inserted by the coupling apparatus and formed to be movable in constant section bilaterally in a lower frame(300). Supporting position of the helper spring is changed as controlling position of the supporter in a guide(310) formed in the lower frame. Downward displacement of a vehicle body to load is controlled. A driver locates the supporter in required position inside of the guide using the coupling apparatus according to weight of a vehicle or state of a road surface. The riding comfort is improved and cargo and a vehicle body are protected as controlling the spring constant of the helper spring.
