PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frequency characteristic measurement method and system about light reception sensitivity of a photoelectric conversion element which has high feasibility and does not require management of a polarization state of two CW lights at a photoelectric conversion element input end.SOLUTION: The frequency characteristic measurement method and system are configured so that an average value of measured values of a beat electric power which vary due to polarization fluctuation is measured by measurements, and in addition, correction which is formulated according to a relationship between a polarization fluctuation speed and the beat electric power measurement speed per one event, is performed. Thereby, measurement evaluation of the frequency characteristic of light reception sensitivity D is achieved at high accuracy. |
