PURPOSE:To remove fluorine and arsenic in a waste water and to effectively utilize the adsorption capacity of a fluorine adsorbent and an arsenic adsorbent by using a specific flocculating and setting treatment, a fluorine adsorption treating process and an arsenic adsorption treating process in combination. CONSTITUTION:Fluorine and arsenic contained in the waste water is removed by applying flocculating and setting treatment using aluminum sulfate or calcium chloride to the fluorine and arsenic containing waste water, and after that, adsorption treatment is executed by using an aluminum carrying type resin and adsorption treatment is executed by using a zirconium carrying type resin or a hydrated oxide of rate earth element. |
