PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of getting out of the dependence on fossil fuel that people are afraid of its exhaust and ensuring electric power by a method capable of reducing the influence on the global environment. SOLUTION: Compressed air is supplied to a pressure intensifying amplifier, atmospheric air is added to it, and its pressure is further increased and air quantity is amplified to use it as a rotation source of an air motor, and a power generator is operated by its rotation force to utilize it in power generation.
