PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable cooling ability radiating fin which can control the number of radiating units mounted on a radiating unit fixing board. SOLUTION: The variable cooling ability radiating fin is freely attachably and detachably fixed by a fixing means which is constituted of radiating blocks 1 and a radiating block fixing board 2 and in which the blocks and the board 2 are oppositely arranged.
