PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a dry external facing execution system which is excellent in workability, has high resistance for coldness and durability that can maintain and continue the condition of a beautiful external wall just after execution for a long period of time, and moreover, of which the purpose is to execute and inexpensively as possible, mainly in exterior repairing work of a wooden house. SOLUTION: A metal plate, which is generally used as a roofing material, inexpensive and has high durability, is applied to linear unevenness processing by a bending machine and used as a substrate material for the dry external facing execution. It is an ultra light weight and inexpensive substrate material for the dry external facing execution. Especially in the exterior repairing work of the wooden house, dismantlement and removal of an existing wall is not required since it is light in weight, and the dry external facing execution can be executed comparatively simply by directly sticking the metal plate substrate material to the existing external wall. By this, the cost of conventional dry exterior repairing work can be drastically lowered. The mounting is completed by using exterior finishing materials such as tiles and marble or the like having high durability to the substrate material together with an adhesive.
