PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy sheet with high tensile elongation and superior warm formability, suitable for obtaining various containers, housings, and the like, which are deep-drawn, for instance, and to provide a preferable method for manufacturing the sheet. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy sheet with superior warm formability includes 0.5-2.0 wt.% Fe, 0.01-0.6 wt.% Mn, a cast structure minute agent 0.10 wt.% or less, and the balance Al with unavoidable impurities, includes 10 ppm or less solution Fe and 500 ppm or less solution Mn, which are regulated, and has tensile elongation of 65% or higher at 200-300 deg.C.
