SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTING MUSIC CONTENTS

A system and a method for distributing digital contents are provided to allow a content user to search suitable contents and activate the distribution of contents through an intelligent search and recommendation service based on ontology. A content provider server(111) manages and stores digital contents, and provides the digital contents to a user terminal based on information of payment-in-full from an application server(113). An ontology server(112) provides an ontology including metadata and rules for the digital contents. The application server(113) performs billing according to a purchase request for contents of the user terminal and transmits payment-in-full information for the contents to the contents provider server(111). An intermediate terminal(120) creates a content service by utilizing content information and a content use function and delivers a purchase request received from the content user terminal to the application server.
