PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize operability and security similar to those of a personal private terminal when management technology of stored application adopted in the personal private terminal is applied to a shared terminal. SOLUTION: A list transfer process transfers a list of applications which can be used by a user to the shared terminal when the user logs in from the shared terminal. A judging means judges whether or not an executing object application is stored in the shared terminal based on the stored application list when execution of a desired application is instructed from a usable application list transferred by the list transfer process. The application transfer process transfers the executing object application to the share terminal when judged that executing object application is not stored by the judging means.
