PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasticizer for an amorphous polyester resin which can impart flexibility without adversely affecting the transparency of the amorphous polyester resin, and an amorphous polyester resin composition which excels in flexibility and transparency. SOLUTION: The plasticizer for an amorphous polyester resin is composed of an N-alkylated product (whose alkyl group has 1-22 carbon atoms) of an aromatic sulfonamide, and the amorphous polyester resin composition comprises this plasticizer and an amorphous polyester resin.
