PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost by fixing a stator in a casing in a locked state without machining a core of the stator. SOLUTION: A motor case 2 of the casing 1 is provided with a radial threaded hole on a position corresponding to a flat face 10B formed on the core 10 of the stator 9, and a rotation restricting screw 22 abutted on the flat face 10B of the core 10 for restricting the rotation of the stator 9 is engaged in the threaded hole 21. Accordingly the rotation of the stator 9 can be restricted by utilizing the flat face 10B by engaging the rotation restricting screw 22 in the threaded hole 21 of the motor case 2, and abutting its tip side on the flat face 10B of the core 10. Whereby the machining of a threaded hole, a pin hole and the like on the core becomes unnecessary, and the core 10 of the stator 9 can be inexpensively manufactured.
