PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide refrigerating cycle equipment and air-conditioning equipment for a vehicle which enable control of return of lubricating oil for a compressor without lowering reliability, by making use of functional components other than the compressor in the refrigerating cycle equipment. SOLUTION: Expansion valves 19 and 32 and evaporators 15 and 28 are disposed in a pair, in a plurality and in parallel respectively, in a course through which a refrigerant flows from a condenser 17 toward the compressor 16. The expansion valves 19 and 32 are temperature type ones opening and closing in accordance with the degrees of superheat of outlet refrigerants of the evaporators 15 and 28. The evaporators 15 and 28 are provided respectively with blowers 14 and 27 which make the evaporators 15 and 28 operate by blowing air thereto. In the case when at least either one evaporator 28 is in a stopped state, a first control means S100A provided in the refrigerating cycle equipment makes the blower 27 corresponding to this evaporator 28 operate for a prescribed time Tn in a prescribed cycle Ts.
