PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily provide a high-strength prestressed concrete pile product having a higher strength from a relatively low-strength prestressed concrete pile product mass-produced and largely stocked. SOLUTION: An unused high-strength prestressed concrete pile material is reinforced by adhesively winding a high-strength fiber sheet impregnated with an adhesive resin on the cylindrical circumferential surface thereof, whereby a fiber-reinforced high-strength prestressed concrete pile member enhanced in strength is provided. The high-strength fiber includes, for example, aramid fiber, and the impregnating adhesive resin includes, for example, epoxy resin.
