PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive polymer composition suitable as a laminating agent for a polyolefin-based resin with a gas barrier resin such as a polyamide- based resin, etc., and a laminate of the polyolefin-based resin with the gas barrier resin by using the adhesive polymer composition. SOLUTION: This adhesive polymer composition contains the following (A) and (B) components, and the laminate of the adhesive polyolefin-based resin layer with the gas barrier resin layer is also provided. (A) 5-95 wt.% modified ethylene-based polymer of which content of unsaturated carboxylic acid unit [M] (wt.%) obtained by a peak area of 1791 cm<-1> wave number in an infrared absorption spectrum and a ratio [X] of a peak area at 1785 cm<-1> wave number separated by a curve-fitting method to the peak area at 1791 cm<-1> wave number satisfy the following relationship of the inequalities (I) and (II): 0.50<=1-X (I), 0.25 wt.%<=(1-X)M<=10 wt.% (II). (B) 95-5 wt.% ethylene-based polymer other than the component (A).
