PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cycling road having no effect on an existing transportation system, being subject to no effect of the weather and being capable of adding traveling force on an existing road. SOLUTION: In the cycling road, a bicycle traveling passage surrounded by a floor board, side walls and a ceiling is installed on the existing road, an entrance-exit zone with an entrance is formed at the fixed place of the bicycle traveling passage while a blast facility is mounted on the end-section side of the traveling passage, and air is sent towards the traveling direction of bicycles in the traveling passage.
