PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp the installing a sheet material capable of simply and steadily fixing by press-fitting the sheet material to a sheet-material inserting portion. SOLUTION: An approximately C-shaped sheet-material inserting portion 4 retaining the sheet material 3 in an inserted and grasped state is arranged at a side of a fastening clamp 2 for tightening and fixing which is connected with an installing beam portion 1 such as a temporary pipe or the like, a pressed contact portion 5 is kept in pressed contact with the sheet material 3 in the sheet-material inserting portion 4, and a sheet-material inserted width of the sheet-material inserting portion 4 is set slightly narrower than the width of the sheet material 3 by the pressed contact portion 5. Thus, the clamp installing the sheet material is constituted to press-fit and fix the sheet material 3 on the sheet-material inserting portion 4.
