EXTERIOR WALL PANEL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall panel and its manufacturing method whereby the panel can be manufactured without being inverted. SOLUTION: Heat insulators 4 and 4 are made of heat insulating panels made from resin foam. A panel frame 3 and the heat insulating panels 4 and 4 are so formed that the heat insulating panels 4 and 4 can be fitted into the panel frame 3 from the back of the panel frame. From above the heat insulating panels 4 and 4 set in lying positions, the panel frame 3 is set so that the heat insulating panels 4 and 4 are fitted therein, and then an outer surface member 2 is laid on top of the frame. The exterior wall panel can be manufactured by mounting the outer surface member 4 on the panel frame from above.
