PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing goods which use hornfels as the raw material, and uniformly exhibit a special function of changing the properties of water though the function has been different per raw ore. SOLUTION: The one obtained by adding clay powder, or the like, as a binder to the powder of hornfels, adding water thereto, performing kneading, and working the kneaded material into a granular shape is sintered to form into a granular sintered compact. Thus, the componential composition of the granular material becomes uniform, and the reforming effect on water is strengthened.
