PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic disconnecting switch capable of being used even under high frequency and large-current. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic disconnecting switch comprises fixed electrodes 2 provided with cooling channels, movable electrodes 1 mounted oppositely to the fixed electrodes 2 and provided with cooling channels, connecting conductors 20 integrally formed on each of the fixed electrodes 2, and an electromagnet 4 for allowing the movable electrodes 1 to be abutted on and separated from the fixed electrodes 2.
