PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine capable of improving the strength of a flexible sheet, and preventing carried merchandise from being hooked by the flexible sheet. SOLUTION: In this automatic vending machine where a merchandise carry- out port 2b of a merchandise storage 2 is provided with a carry-out door 2c to be opened according to the pressurizing force of passing merchandise and a flexible sheet 41 for buffering the impact force of merchandise A to the carry- out door 2c, the flexible sheet 41 is formed of one sheet, and the upper part of the flexible sheet 41 is formed with an opening 41b so that right and left bending margins can be narrowed. Thus, it is possible to improve the strength of the flexible sheet, and to prevent the merchandise A from being hooked by the opening 41b by making the opening 41b higher than the passing position of the merchandise A when the merchandise A is passing.
