SOLUTION: This composition for scalps and hairs is characterized by containing an extract obtained by extracting one or more plants selected from plants belonging to Glehnia, Seseli, Peucedanum, and Pastinaca in Umbelliferae by a supercritical extraction method using water or a hydrophilic organic solvent or a water-containing hydrophilic organic solvent, other organic solvents, carbon dioxide, or the like. The composition is used for shampoos, rinses, hair conditioners, hair packs, hair liquids, hair tonics, hair sprays, and the like.
