PURPOSE: Provided is a toilet stool cover which absorbs the bad odor when the toilet is in use and sends it to the bottom of water in the stool so that the bad odor is diluted in the water and flushed with toilet water. CONSTITUTION: The stool cover comprises: an absorption and discharging channel of bad odor at the bottom end of the cover; a certain size of discharge hole(3) in the absorption/discharge channel; a discharge pipe(14) at the water tank cover to connect to the absorption/discharge hole(3); a pipe with a certain sized hole which disperses the bad odor to bottom of water in the water tank(11).
