PURPOSE: A system for managing a service data network and an operating method therefor are provided to store information of a data equipment having a data call or network information in a database, and quickly and accurately perform an operation and management function when failure or a performance problem is generated. CONSTITUTION: A configuration management processing unit(10) collects state information of a service data network(100) in real time. A failure management processing unit(20) senses the failure of a data equipment and the service data network(100) on the basis of information collected by the configuration management processing unit(10), and processes failure information. A performance management processing unit(30) adds information processed by the failure management processing unit(20), writes performance and quality estimation information of the data equipment and the service data network(100), and provides written performance and quality estimation information to an operator.
